Founder- Mindfulness Trainer and Facilitator
I graduated from the Department of Political Science and Public Administration at Middle East Technical University in 1999. Following my graduation, I held various positions at different levels in both the public and private sectors until 2012. Alongside my managerial and leadership roles, I actively participated as a trainer in in-house training programs. These diverse experiences in the corporate world formed the foundation for my passion to support individuals in discovering their potential and achieving self-realization.
Since 2012, I have directed my career towards mindfulness and personal development and continually enhancing my competencies in these areas. While deepening my knowledge in different disciplines by receiving Kundalini Yoga Instructor and Logotherapy certificates. Additionally, I have supported my interest in existential philosophy and psychology through various programs and seminars.

In 2018, I started receiving training from the Oxford Mindfulness Foundation (OMF), one of the world's leading mindfulness training institutions, to deepen my mindfulness practice.

Programs I completed during this period:

Mindfulness for Life (MBCT-L)
Mindfulness : Take It Further
Mindfulness: Finding Peace in a Frantic World (M-FP)
University of Massachusetts Memorial Health Center (UMASS) -Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR)

Subsequently, I successfully completed the Oxford Mindfulness Foundation’s 12-month Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT-L) Teacher Training program and became a certified trainer.

By integrating my extensive experience in corporate life with research-based curricula developed by the University of Oxford, I design mindfulness programs that are easily applicable in the workplace and tailored to meet the needs of professionals and organisations.

Through these programs, I support employees in discovering their potential, achieving work-life balance, enhancing their focus, making mindful decisions in the workplace, and strengthening their overall well-being. By incorporating mindfulness into corporate culture, I contribute to creating more resilient, mindful, productive, and innovative work environments.
Witnessing the transformative impact of mindfulness on individuals and organizations and accompanying them on this journey of transformation is one of my greatest sources of inspiration. My biggest motivation is to demonstrate how mindfulness can make a difference in the corporate world and to be a part of this journey toward creating more sustainable and inclusive corporate cultures.
