Mindfulness at Work
Core Skills Program

This program helps participants develop core mindfulness skills to manage stress, distractions, and challenging situations in the workplace and supports them in integrating these skills into their daily professional lives.
In addition to managing attention and focusing on priorities, they develop the ability to gain different perspectives, to notice and appreciate positive moments that are often easily overlooked. In this way, they lay the foundation for mental and emotional resilience while unlocking their own potential more effectively. This not only enhances productivity, job satisfaction, motivation, and well-being at an individual level but also helps organizations cultivate a more resilient, inclusive, adaptable, and positive workplace culture.
What to expect from this program?
Participants in this program will be introduced to the following skills and begin integrating them into their work lives.
Focus and Attention Management Skills
By understanding the mind’s natural tendency to wander, participants learn to manage attention more effectively and focus on priorities in the workplace. This skill not only enhances the productivity of individuals in the workplace but also contributes to a fundamental transformation in decision-making processes.
Self-Awareness and Skillfully Addressing Problems with Different Perspectives
Participants become familiar with different modes of mind and realize how thoughts affect their work experiences. They begin to develop self-awareness skills and use different modes of mind in their daily work lives, experiencing approaches that will enable them to make more creative and effective decisions.
Skill of Directing the Mind Toward Appreciation
They learn the mind's tendency to prioritize and dwell on negative situations and how this leads to excessive focus on negative experiences while overlooking neutral and positive situations in daily work life. They begin integrating practices and exercises that will train the mind to notice and appreciate the positive situations. This skill strengthens the bonds within the team while also contributing to the increase in meaning, satisfaction and well-being in their work life.
Skill of Responding Instead of Reacting
In stressful and challenging situations, they will learn to become aware of these moments before reacting automatically and to develop mindful, skillful responses instead. This self-awareness supports them in managing relationships and processes in business life in a healthier, more balanced and resilient way. It also helps them cope with challenges more effectively and increases their well-being in the workplace.
