These short sessions offer the perfect opportunity to pause, refresh, and reset in the middle of a busy workday. Practice Sessions Format:
Duration: 45 minutes
Packages: Packages are Offered in monthly bundles of four sessions
Flow:
Begins with gentle mindful stretching movements
Followed by a guided mindfulness practice
Participants can share their experiences or ask questions if they wish
Sessions are interactive and experience-based
Trainer Support: At the end of each session, the instructor provides a brief summary on how to integrate mindfulness practices into the workday.
