Mindful Nutrition: Mindful Eating
Busy schedules and stress can increase the tendency to eat unconsciously to satisfy emotional needs. In the rush of daily life, we are often on autopilot when we eat. This can lead us to consume food without noticing its taste, smell, and texture and delay our sense of fullness. In this implementation session, participants will learn to recognise their relationship with food and their eating habits, explore the effects of mindful eating on well-being, and learn how to integrate mindful eating techniques into their daily lives.
