Mindful Manager Program

Based on the research-based curriculum developed bythe University of Oxford and the Oxford Mindfulness Foundation (OMF), this program helps you to skillfully manage the inevitable stress, uncertainty and change in business life and to develop effective relationships in business while helping you to achieve focus, flexibility and balance in your professional life. Through mindfulness skills, it offers you a tool to increase your personal well-being  while achieving your professional goals. In addition, it supportsyou to contribute to creating a more productive and sustainable working environment at work .

This program is not only a skills acquisition process, but also a journey that will help you create a lasting transformation in your business life by increasing your awareness.

Who is it suitable for?

Suitable for all managers, from those new to mindfulness to those who have already experienced it.

Program Format

📅 Pre-Program: “Introductory Session” for potential participants (45 minutes) - Information session on how to get maximum benefit from the program.

📅 Main Program:

  • 90-minute online group sessions once a week for 6 weeks

  • The first session lasts 105 minutes with “Orientation

👥 Group:

  • Minimum 6, maximum 16 people

📌 Content:

  • Mindfulness practices and cognitive exercises for the workplace

  • Interactive sessions focused on skill development and experiential learning

  • Each session builds on the previous week's learning and experiences.

📂 Support Materials:

  • Guided audio recordings and booklets appropriate to the theme of the week

Mindfulness practices and exercises that encourage the application of learned skills to work life
